Suigetsukoen Park

Suigetsukoen Park

📍 Osaka

Located roughly midway between Hankyu Takarazuka Line's Ishibashi-Handaimae and Ikeda stations, this park is also known as a flower spot, especially bustling from early spring to early summer when plum blossoms and irises bloom. Plum trees have long been planted in abundance here, with red and white blossoms in full bloom together each March, and irises begin blooming boldly from early June. The grounds also feature the Chinese-style building 'Seihotei,' a gift symbolizing friendship from Osaka's sister city, Suzhou, in China's Jiangsu Province.

📸 Best photo spotOpen lawns or spots near the pond make good backdrops — even better during flowering season.
