Yukijinja Shrine
📍 KyotoYuki Shrine, where the famous Kurama Fire Festival is held each 22 October, is the tutelary shrine of the whole Kurama area. Its worship hall — a lavish structure built as a passage beneath a tower gate — is an Important Cultural Property. It is venerated for marriage ties, conception, safe childbirth, protection from misfortune, recovery from illness, and against fire.
