Senjuji Temple
📍 KyotoSenjuji was founded in 807 by Kobo Daishi, and takes its name from the thousand-armed Kannon enshrined as its principal image. It is known as a temple of the eyes: washing your eyes in the spring water that rises in its grounds, or drinking it, is said to cure diseases of the eye.
