Juhoji Temple
📍 KyotoJuhoji has as its principal image a standing eleven-headed, thousand-armed, thousand-eyed Kannon designated an Important Cultural Property, and is said to have been founded in the reign of Emperor Tenmu. In earlier times it flourished as the great temple of Yamamoto and drew wide popular devotion. A dharma talk by the head priest can be arranged in advance.
