Bucheon Central Park

This is Bucheon's "Neighborhood Park No. 1," located in Jung-dong, Wonmi-gu, right beside City Hall. Sitting in the heart of downtown makes it easy to reach, and its proximity to City Hall has made it a long-standing everyday retreat for Bucheon residents.

At the center is a large pond and fountain that keep the surrounding scenery fresh, and poetry monuments to poets Byun Yeong-ro and Hwang Myeong (pen name Bokdong) have earned it the nickname "poetry monument park."
