Aquaplanet Jeju, located right beside Seongsan Ilchulbong in eastern Jeju, is South Korea's largest aquarium.
A world-class, comprehensive marine cultural facility, it houses roughly 45,000 sea creatures. Its main tank, capable of holding up to 6,000 tons of seawater, is a massive exhibit displaying 27,000 fish — standing in front of it gives the illusion of being underwater yourself.
Being close to eastern Jeju attractions like Seongsan Ilchulbong and Gwangchigi Beach, it's easy to combine into a full day's itinerary.
