Songdo Sky Park

Songdo Sky Park

📍 Busan

Get off the Songdo cable car at its western terminus, Amnam Park Station, and Songdo Sky Park is right there — riders naturally walk straight into it without buying a separate ticket.

The basement level houses the Doppelmayr World museum, telling the story of the Austrian company behind the cable car's engineering, while the ground floor has a ticket counter, gift shop, and café. The real draw is the rooftop deck, where Amnam Park's jagged coastal cliffs and a scatter of small offshore islets unfold in a panorama.

Entry is bundled into the cable car's round-trip fare (₩30,000 for adults), so there's no extra charge — but that also means it's hard to visit Sky Park on its own without riding the cable car first. Plan the two as a combined half-day outing.

The rooftop has almost no shade, so summer afternoons get hot, and it gets crowded during the cable car's peak arrival windows (around 10am, and 2–4pm). Sunset is the best time to visit — you can catch cabins gliding by against a sea turning red, which makes for the best photos.

Hours follow the same seasonal schedule as the cable car, open year-round.

ℹ️ Travel infoSame hours as the cable car (varies by season). Admission included in cable car fare (no extra charge). Open year-round. Inquiries: 051-247-9900.
📸 Best photo spotFrom the rooftop deck you can frame both the Amnam Park coastline and the cable car line in one shot. At sunset, the silhouettes of passing cabins add a nice accent.
