Sensoji Temple
📍 TokyoTokyo's oldest temple, with the iconic Kaminarimon gate and its giant red lantern marking the entrance. Beyond the gate, the Nakamise-dori shopping street runs straight to the main hall, lined for several hundred meters with shops selling traditional sweets and souvenirs. The main hall enshrines Kannon, and visiting early morning means a far quieter walk to pray.
