BUSAN X the SKY

From 411.6m up, the city and the sea spread out at once through the 100th-floor windows — this is BUSAN X the SKY.

The observatory sits on the 98th-100th floors of Haeundae LCT Landmark Tower, Korea's second-tallest building, and it's built to show off both a city view and an ocean view at the same time — one of the largest observation decks in the country.

Look south and you'll catch Oryukdo Island and Gwangan Bridge; look west and Marine City's high-rises rise beside Haeundae Beach. The signature moment here is right after sunset, when the city lights switch on one by one.

Honestly, though, the ₩29,000 adult ticket is among the priciest observatory tickets in Busan, and lines for tickets and the elevator can get long on weekends and around sunset.

Going up about an hour before sunset lets you catch both the daytime city view and the night lights in one visit, and booking online ahead of time is cheaper than buying at the door.

Hours are 10:00-21:00; admission is ₩29,000 for adults and ₩26,000 for children/seniors (free under 36 months). It's about a 10-minute walk from Haeundae Station (Line 2) Exit 3, heading toward the beach.
